Robert Bye is a Product Manager and Designer at AllTrails, with 10+ years of experience leading product teams at companies like Figma, Google, Fueled, and Founders Factory. He’s also co-founded startups including Morrama, BLKBK, and Processing. Outside of work, he explores photography, sailing, woodworking, creative coding, and writing.

Executive Director Spark Development Network Jon Edmiston is an Executive Director at Spark Development Network, Founding Partner of the consulting firm Triumph Tech, one of the core and original developers of Rock RMS, lead technical architect, Rock community leader, and founding vision-caster of the Rock project. He approaches life with curiosity and a determination to deliver excellence. Connecting people through technology is just one of his passions, and he also carves out time to pursue karate and adventures with his family.

Jay Kranda

Jay Kranda serves as the Innovative Tech Pastor at Saddleback Church, where he leads the Online Community and oversees digital platforms including the church's website, apps, and Rock RMS. Since joining the church's online ministry in 2010, he has built a global network of online and in-person groups, authored the book "Online Church Is Not The Answer," and contributed to numerous resources on hybrid discipleship and digital ministry strategies. A graduate of Biola University and Talbot School of Theology, Jay lives in Southern California with his wife, Jody, and their three children.

Central Team Leader Giving & Generosity Life.Church Rodney leads the area of Generosity for Life.Church, a multi-site church with 45 locations in 12 states. He is passionate about leveraging data to help reach people for Christ and believes that behind every number is a person, every person has a story and every story matters to God!

Jimmy Witcher

Senior Pastor Trinity Fellowship Church Jimmy Witcher is the Senior Pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, providing vision and leadership for the organization. He is the primary preaching pastor and the host of two Trinity-produced shows, The Biblecast and More Than You Asked For. He is also the author of Kingdom Come: Living in Heaven on Earth.

A strategic planner with 20+ years of corporate leadership, Pastor Jimmy is passionate about equipping the church body with the tools, resources, and guidance necessary to effectively disciple people in today’s culture. This is apparent in his role in developing Nota, an evangelically minded app for tracking your spiritual health, and in Trinity's uniquely innovative approach to discipleship.

My Well Marlon is always eager to assist the Church in any way he can. As a Ministry Technology Consultant at My Well Ministry, he provides software consulting to churches. His favorite aspect of the Rock community is people using their expertise in technology to make an eternal Kingdom impact. Marlon resides in Florida with his wife, Brianna. During their free time, they enjoy hikes, fishing, and sunsets.

Director of Digital Strategy The Summit Church Scott is a native Texan who has escaped to the beautiful state of North Carolina. He loves working in his yard, and all things plants/flowers...yes flowers. He loves sports and his sports' loyalty lies with Clemson Football, the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars and The Texas Rangers. Scott is the father of five beautiful kids and the husband to the unmatched Lyn Ballard.

David Belk

IT Director Venture Church David earned his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology: Networking from The University of Southern Mississippi, and began his career with Venture Church as a College Ministry Intern while in college. During that time, he volunteered to build an IT department for Venture Church. Volunteering shortly shifted to a career with Venture Church as the IT Director. David has been happily learning many new areas outside of his original career path and joyfully using his talents to further the Kingdom in any way that he can since.

Sena Brickwedel

Application Support Manager Christ Fellowship Church Sena has worked at Christ Fellowship Church for the past 19 years. She has held various roles, but 4 years ago she found her sweet spot with IT implementing and building out Rock. She loves pairing the flexibility of Rock with smart, strategic solutions to advance the Kingdom and to get ministries excited by leveraging these tools to care for and shepherd people better. Sena also loves hiking, quilting, and facilitating discipleship classes.

Lauren has been on staff with NewSpring Church since 2012 in different capacities, building the kingdom. Today, Lauren serves as the Communications Operations Director and Digital Strategy champion on the NewSpring team. Lauren loves traveling, summertime (it's God's favorite season), Mexican Pizza from Taco Bell, oysters, spending time with friends, family, and Clemson; go Tigers!

Dylan Caldwell

Technical Solutions Provider Triumph Tech Dylan Caldwell is a Technical Solutions Provider at Triumph Tech, where he leverages a degree in Applied Computing from Arizona State University and a diverse background in development, cybersecurity, and technical support to build impactful tools for clients nationwide.

At Triumph Tech, Dylan has developed automation systems that have saved over 120 hours of manual effort, and he created the AI Insights tool, an innovative feature that helps churches better understand and engage their congregations through data-driven analysis. His work continues to focus on scalable, efficient solutions that enable churches across the U.S. to serve their communities more effectively.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He is always exploring new hobbies, including gardening, reading, cooking, and music.

Jason Castelli

Central Director of Next Steps LCBC Church Jason joined the LCBC staff in 2017, serving as the Director of the Central Next Steps Team; he was born and raised in Scranton, PA, and is an avid office fan. Prior to coming on staff at LCBC, Jason served as a Pastor at a multi-site church in the Scranton area- his home church since becoming a Jesus-follower. Jason lives in Lititz with his wife, Katie and four children (ages 10, 8, 5 year old twins). In his spare time, Jason enjoys getting to parks with the kids, and all things outdoors and is constantly doing some sort of home improvement project.

Cade Cobb

Middle School Pastor & Communications Team Content Strategist Hillside Christian Church Cade has been at Hillside for 9 years, serving in a variety of ministries and roles that all have the end goal of positioning people to encounter the hope of the Gospel. From serving on the Kids, College, Worship Technology, Guest Services, Communications, and Students Teams, he has had the opportunity to see ministry from many different angles. Although each has its own focus and needs, Cade loves to help everyone see the opportunities for synergies and overlap, acting as a translator by bringing clarity between ministries and teams.

Developer BEMA Software Services Bill is a developer with a passion for applying technology in support of ministry. Having served as a church IT director for 7 years, he has broad experience across a number of technical disciplines. He currently serves as a developer on the Software Services team at BEMA, supporting ministry with custom solutions built on Rock RMS. Bill holds multiple industry certifications focusing on Microsoft Azure and Agile Scrum, and has a particular interest in DevOps and infrastructure as code. When not rearranging 1s and 0s, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids and working on the family farm.

She enjoys working with the churches and partners that make up the Rock community, and tackles many of the operational aspects of running a non-profit, as well as moderating the RockCast podcast. She is passionate about understanding and connecting people, taking on the hard projects, traveling with her family and changing the world one smile at a time.

Ministry Analyst and Trainer Triumph Tech Michael Garrison started working for the "Core Team" of Rock a few years ago, but he's still helping out Christ's Church of Flagstaff and other non-profits with tech needs in his off-hours, trying to make computers do what computers do best, so that people are freed to do what we do best: relate with people!

Technology Product Owner NewSpring Church Frank is the Technology Product Owner at NewSpring Church and has worked there for 10 years. He and his wife, Meagan, have lived in Anderson, SC for the past 16 years and love spending time with their 4 kids. Information Services Associate Hillside Christian Church Savannah has been a part of the Hillside Team for 3 years as a Rock Admin. Her favorite part of being a Rock admin is getting to work with and serve teams at all 10 of the Hillside Campuses. Jennie Halcomb

Sr. Agile Coach/Project Manager Hill Country Bible Church Jennie Halcomb-Reimund leverages close to a decade of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum coaching as the Senior Project Manager at Hill Country Bible Church. Holding a PMP and multiple Scrum and Agile certifications, she enjoys mentoring and guiding teams towards efficient and effective project delivery. Beyond her work at the church, Jennie is a prominent member of the Austin Agile community. She currently serves as the acting Treasurer on the Agile Austin board, actively participates in events, and has dedicated three years to volunteering for Keep Agile Austin, including a role on its core planning committee. Digital Application Specialist LCBC Ean serves on the Digital Team at LCBC, where he helps people connect with the church through thoughtful and strategic approaches to digital ministry. Ordained through the Evangelical Methodist Church and holding a degree in Bible, he brings a blend of theological depth and digital creativity to his work.

With humor and honesty, he’s passionate about helping the Church navigate digital spaces with purpose, leveraging websites, livestreaming, and good data to support real discipleship. He believes God still works through unexpected people, even those who don’t feel all that important.

Digital Director LCBC Adam lives in Mount Joy, PA, with his wife Amanda and son Lincoln. He loves time with his family, learning new technologies, and almost anything related to Transformers. He’s been on staff at LCBC Church for over 18 years and serves as the Digital Director. Pastor of Worship and Technology Bedford Alliance Church In my role at Bedford Alliance Church, I oversee everything related to worship and production including music, technology, and visual arts. I also manage the church’s technology and database system (Rock), build tools to support ministry, and helps train and develop leaders across the church. Outside of ministry, I love going camping with my family each summer and enjoy watching sports, especially the Detroit Tigers.

Brandi Myszkowski

Director of Application Development Christ Fellowship Brandi was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona and has always loved the sun, but needed some beach to go along with it. She currently serves as the Director of Apps and Development for Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She stewards all things Rock, the CF Mobile App and Website, and all reporting, data analysis, and visualization. Brandi loves to go fishing with her husband, spending time with her daughter Marley who is 16, and the 3 Dogs (Indie, Odie, and Tanner).

Stan Yoder

Software Development Engineer The Crossing Stan (a.k.a. Stanalyst) started his career as an application developer and systems architect in the glamorous world of employee benefits management. Then in 2004, he followed God’s call into the exciting world of church production ministry working as the Technical Director for a church in Chicagoland and then joining The Crossing (St Louis) in 2009 as the TechArts Systems Engineer. But in 2021, the opportunity and call came to go back to his roots as a coder when he joined the Rock team at The Crossing as the Software Development Engineer. But thru it all he’s really just a kid that loves to play with Legos (both literal and metaphorical).
