Package Description
As of v7 Rock supports connecting your PBX to Rock to import Call Detail Records (CDR) and enable Click-To-Call. In order to get this to work
however, you need to install a plugin specific to your phone system. This plugin connects Switchvox phone system to Rock.
If you have a different phone system feel free to contact us at hello@triumph.tech and we can determine if a plugin can
be written for your vendor.
