This plugin works, but its security has gaps. The setup instructions say to add the API key user to the Rock Administrators security role. That is not best practice. We asked Intulse several times which permissions the plugin needs, so we could build a custom role. No one who could answer that question has replied. The Intulse Communication block also has no security permissions. Any user who can see the block can view all call recordings, call history, and SMS messages. Access should follow the permissions set on each phone number in Rock, but it does not.
